Introduction to Business Valuation Part 1 (BV201)
BV201 will introduce the novice practitioner to the three basic approaches to valuation. The valuation process as outlined in Revenue Ruling 59-60 will be the focus of the course, including instruction on how to do company, industry and economic and financial analysis.
 

MTS: Advanced Topics & Report Writing (ME204)
The objective of ME204 is to apply all the knowledge gained in the previous courses to the valuing of facilities and the completion of a professional appraisal report. A few topics to be discussed include lease structures, true/tax and leverage leases and conditional sales agreements.
 

National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (SE100)
Mar 18-19
The objective of this course is to familiarize students with the recognized standards governing professional appraisals. This is the 15-hour National USPAP course approved by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation. Students are provided a current USPAP manual and book at the course site.
